Dr. Joseph Hsin is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and the founding partner at Cornerstone Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and has practiced sports medicine and general orthopedics in the Denver metropolitan area for over 25 years. He has functioned as team physician to many levels of competitive athletics and currently serves on the physicians pool for the US Ski and Snowboard Team and the USA Eagles Rugby Team. Dr. Hsin founded Impact Sports Performance, the premier training facility in Colorado which excels at elite sports performance, strength & conditioning, and injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Dr. Hsin has been named by 5280 magazine as Denver’s Top Orthopedic Doctor. Prior to starting Cornerstone Orthopedics, Dr. Hsin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he earned a Master of Arts degree in theology with an emphasis in missions from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. He went on to attend medical school at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, and completed his orthopedic surgery internship and residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center in Downey, CA.
Dr. Hsin has also founded the Cornerstone Foundation, a non-profit whose mission is to provide the local and global community with orthopedic care and medical education. He has traveled to Uganda as well as to Southeast Asia on numerous occasions in a continuing effort to improve medical care around the globe.
