Dr. Neil Mohile is a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon with advanced expertise in minimally invasive techniques for treating both degenerative and complex spinal conditions. He completed his medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and went on to an intensive residency in orthopedic surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital/ Ryder Trauma Center, one of the nation’s busiest trauma and spine centers. He then completed a prestigious spine surgery fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where he trained under internationally recognized leaders in the field.

Dr. Mohile combines his surgical expertise with a patient-centered philosophy, offering both surgical and non-surgical treatment options to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes. He is experienced in cutting-edge procedures such as robotic-assisted and endoscopic surgery, as well as motion-preserving techniques designed to reduce recovery time and restore mobility. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Mohile has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), the North American Spine Society (NASS), and the International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery (ISASS).

When I first met Dr Mobile, I was in excruciating pain for over 7 months, 24 hours a day… everyday. My pain level was at a 25. He suggested Microdiscectomy surgery for my Right L5-S1, because I have tried all resources to try to help my pain and spine. I was at first skeptical., but he reassured me and made me feel safe and taken care of and most importantly he may show that I was heard.! no rushing an appointment.. I had my surgery on June 15,’2026 and that’s the best thing that ever happened to me. He is an awesome, outstanding surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone even if they don’t live in Colorado. All I can say is that you are in excellent hands and his staff is just as great and caring with a lot of empathy and understanding. It will never be enough thank you’s to Dr. Mobile for taking this pain away. I thank GOD that he was my surgeon ‼️💯🙏🏼❤️

Dr Mohile was very attentive and a great listener. After sharing my extensive chronic pain symptoms he shared my MRI Images correlated with the images. He shared I’d done all I could and provided me with a solution to my ongoing pain. What a breath of fresh air!

I have been seeing Dr. Mohile since the middle of April. I waited until after my surgery to write this review because there are so many "phases" of visits when you have a chronic issue. I have to say, Dr. Mohile is one of the finest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am very lucky he is also my doctor. From the very first visit, he came into the room within 5 minutes of when my appointment was scheduled. Notice I said "he" came into my room. It wasn't his PA or a nurse, he has shown up during every appointment I had prior to having surgery on my neck to relieve the pain and numbness and was absolutely wonderful during the hospital visit and process. I have had other good doctors, but the care and attention he gives personally, is hard to beat. He wasn't the doctor I was "referred to", so when I had issues with that doctor, I researched Dr. Mohile and with his stellar reviews, I sought him out for my pain. I am so glad I did and I highly recommend him to anyone who feels "unheard" by other doctors. He will listen to you and help you find the answers you need.
