Originally from Littleton, Colorado, he is proud to return home to care for patients across the Front Range. As a native Coloradan, Dr. Huntley understands the value of an active lifestyle and the importance of getting back to the activities you love. His practice focuses on treating and preventing sports injuries, while helping patients heal and preserve their knees, shoulders, and other joints essential for movement. By combining innovative techniques with the latest research, Dr. Huntley is dedicated to returning patients to sports, work, and adventure as quickly and safely as possible. His commitment to each individual begins with the very first visit and continues throughout the recovery journey.

A three-time All-American swimmer, Dr. Huntley attended the University of the Cumberlands on a full-ride swimming scholarship, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in molecular biology. He went on to earn both his Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where he combined his passion for clinical excellence with a commitment to advancing research in orthopaedics and community health. During medical school, he devoted a year to orthopedic research at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, focusing on clinical outcomes following shoulder, knee, and ankle surgery. His work also included a CDC-funded study on knee osteoarthritis in construction workers, underscoring his dedication to preventing and treating musculoskeletal conditions in active populations.

Dr. Huntley completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he served as Recruitment Chief Resident and earned recognition for his research, including first place at the 2023 OREF Central West Resident Research Symposium. He went on to complete advanced fellowship training in Sports Medicine at The Steadman Clinic in Vail, a world-renowned destination for elite athletes. During his fellowship, he cared for professional athletes from across the globe, including competitors from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, English Premier League, and Ironman competitions. At this United States Olympic Committee National Medical Center, he also gained invaluable experience treating U.S. Olympians and Paralympians. In addition, Dr. Huntley serves as a consultant team physician for the United States Ski & Snowboard Association, providing care at both national and international events.
