I previously had a great experience at OCC Lowry, but this was different. First, I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment but wasn't called back until 45 minutes later, nor any acknowledge that I was still waiting. Second, Dr. K seemed rushed and not overly interested in resolving the issue. He ended up taking xrays of one area of pain but not others, fine. I don't recall care instructions. I don't put this on Dr K entirely of course, as the wait and rush is on the business. Fewer patients equal higher satisfaction and a higher return rate, but I'll go elsewhere.
