He’s up front and to the point, with me and advised a plan on how to handle my situation with my left knee. Helped to explain to my wife what options are available for me to choose from.

Excellent on time response, easy time with information tablets for patient medical review. X ray and assessment easy for patient participation. Visual explanation of details of my issues at ball and socket of right hip joint, made easy to understand. Dr. Apple's diagnosis and available treatment modalities explained completely. Even that l could do nothing and the joint would remain in its current state, most likely for life. I learned why PRP treatments would not bennefit the condition, and that my weight loss, now 24 of 102 necessary pounds ( on Zepbound) substanciates my reduction in discomfort level, l would note from an 8 to 2 change, on scale of 1 to 10. I do utilize a daily pain medication regimen. I will return in 5 to six months for his directed reevaluation, as weight reduction should be at target levels. It will if I'm breathing. This Surgeon is a needed credit to his profession, I'm happy l was directed/referred to him by my PCP.

Evaluation and Scheduling: Dr Apple provided an in depth explanation of what my issue is and what my options were. He set my expectations and was able accommodate my needs and recovery time with my works needs. He and his staff were able to work me into a super short schedule (2 weeks) by performing a lot of coordination when I was unable to. Excellent support and communication. Pre-Operation: Dr Apple covered everything to happen on the day of surgery, from checking in, prep, surgery, postoperative actions, what interaction there would be with anyone who also attended. He again covered the expectations for getting discharged as well as physical therapy. They ensured I was prepared and had absolutely no questions. He and his staff continued to provide outstanding support, information and communications. Operation and Post Operation: everything went as planned. Dr Apple was there throughout and everything he said would happen did. 3-weeks after the surgery, no pain and only some soreness due to physical therapy and working on getting my muscles back in shape. While I would hate to the other hip down - no doubt I would go out of my way to get Dr Apple and his staff to perform the surgery. As an add on - the operation was performed at Rose Medical Center. Their support was awesome and they executed everything flawlessly. Highly recommend Dr Apple and Rose Medical Center.
