The professionalism of this clinic was remarkable. Surgery scheduled for next week. I hope it goes as well as clinic office visits have been. Update post op: I had surgery 19 days ago. Katie the PA has been good to work with. I do hope they understand we all heal differently and our bodies don’t recover the same. TKR is no joke and flexion are the worst for me. I am hopeful it all goes well. The team seemed to have done a good job. My bionic knee is there and hopes to be stronger soon.

Everyone was fantastic! Kim was so attentive and really made me feel like she cares!! Everyone in the office was very sweet and kind and attentive. I definitely recommend to come here for any health issues you may need to address thank you again everybody!

Dr. MacTaggart is kind and compassionate. She explains everything before she does anything. I will continue to come back to have her treat me.

Dr. Bascom has great bedside manners. He is a very personable, friendly guy. I saw him for the 1st time on 10/7. I have been having a lot of pain with my knees. He was able to get me x-rayed and able to take away all of my pain with a cortisone/lidocaine shot to my knees. I highly recommend him, and give him 5 stars!!!

One of my best decisions was to choose OCC for my knee replacement. Dr. Bascom, Sara Bevington, PA and the entire support team were helpful and professional.

I saw Dr. Bascom for the pain in my knee. His PA Sarah has been giving me the injections. Sarah has been great. She is caring, professional and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better PA. The injections are administered with great care. No hesitation in going for my visits. Maryanne
