A Denver native, Dr. Alan Ng went to Chicago and Texas for his medical training and surgical fellowship, as well as a short stint in practicing podiatric surgery, before eventually moving back to his hometown to join Advanced Orthopedics. Dr. Ng specializes primarily in Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery and Trauma. Outside of his own practice, he is heavily involved in the world of podiatric medicine, serving as a past President of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and is currently president elect American College of Foot and ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Alan Ng is also heavily involved in designing surgical equipment and consulting for multiple surgical companies to enhance patient outcomes and to use new technology to improve surgical techniques. He currently consults and designs surgical devices for Stryker Foot and Ankle/Sports Medicine, Restore 3D, Orthosolutions, Medline Unite, Organogensis, Anika Orthopedics, Lifenet, Sinaptic, and Paragon 28/Additive Orthopedics.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse was attentive and respectful. The x- ray technician was careful and tender. I especially love that I can receive an X- ray at the office and address my issue first visit. I’m not a fan of being sent somewhere else to get an x- ray and then schedule a follow up visit. Dr. Ng was able to quickly diagnose my problem and start me on the healing process. He discussed options with me and helped me make an informed decision. I appreciate Dr. Ng.

The front office staff, medical staff, and Dr. Ng were top notch, efficient and friendly. Dr. Ng took time to address my complicated ankle situation and to dig a little deeper into issues around my bone health. He took time, was kind, and was honest and confident about his recommendations. His deep knowledge and expertise were very evident. I was able to see him on a day’s notice, due to a cancellation, which was also very helpful.

My experience with OCC has been very very good all the way through with exceptional care given to me by Dr. Ng and his staff. His knowledge and compassion mixed with a good sense of humor made my experience all that much better. I had a full Ankle Replacement and I would highly Recommend Dr. Ng. I also have had exceptional care through the OCC physical rehab at the Lowry Location.
