A Denver native, Dr. Alan Ng went to Chicago and Texas for his medical training and surgical fellowship, as well as a short stint in practicing podiatric surgery, before eventually moving back to his hometown to join Advanced Orthopedics. Dr. Ng specializes primarily in Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery and Trauma. Outside of his own practice, he is heavily involved in the world of podiatric medicine, serving as a past President of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and is currently president elect American College of Foot and ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Alan Ng is also heavily involved in designing surgical equipment and consulting for multiple surgical companies to enhance patient outcomes and to use new technology to improve surgical techniques. He currently consults and designs surgical devices for Stryker Foot and Ankle/Sports Medicine, Restore 3D, Orthosolutions, Medline Unite, Organogensis, Anika Orthopedics, Lifenet, Sinaptic, and Paragon 28/Additive Orthopedics.

Dr Ng is the best Doctor I know. Not only did he diagnose my condition quickly but he gave me back quality of life without pain. I trust that if I require surgery he will be as attention detailed as he is during our appts. He really listens and does not write me off as an old person. Dr Ng and his incredible support team are very professional, experienced, and thorough. Not once did I have a concern or question that wasn’t met with a calming explanation in accurate layman medical terms. Dr Ng is an expert master of his medical craft. I heard it immediately in his first confident words, friendly demeanor, and his informative medical knowledge. The entire team exceeded all the reviews and many personal recommendations. But equally important is the heart and caring within the core of this entire group. Dr Ng, including all members of the office staff, and his surgical team, clearly have respect for the patient. They work to provide a unique blend of real compassion, mixed within the medical professionalism. They are all the type of people that I call “healers”, and that is a titled earned. The reward for me is certainly repair and my renewed health. But I can give something back to Dr Ng and his complete staff: my trust.
