I have been a patient of Dr. Newman since February of 2024. I’ve experienced knee issues with both my left and right. He has been nothing short of thorough in diagnosing the issue, as well as explaining it in a matter that is clear and understandable. He is kind and listens. I have appreciated his approach in a game plan to get my activity level to where it was, and guide me to a positive outcome. I would highly recommend Dr. Newman. I won’t go anywhere else for my orthopedic needs.

After years of knee issues since childhood and many doctor visits, I finally landed in Dr. Newman’s office. After a few visits, Dr. Newman had a diagnosis and action plan. What sets this team apart is how well they educated me through the whole process making sure I understood every step and was comfortable. A year later I am still in physical therapy due to the complex surgery, but my knee has never felt more stable. I have never had more confidence in a team than I do in Dr. Newman, his PA Andrew Gardner, and their Athletic Trainer. I can’t thank you all enough!

Very attentive to my unique situation, issues and concerns. Easy to align on a less-aggressive (non-surgical) path forward.

Dr. Newman and the staff at OCC are super knowledgeable and have provided me with the best care. In the last year I have been having issues with my right knee and then my right hip. Dr. Newman spent the time to explain all possible avenues of healing with me and provided as much knowledge and answers as I could absorb. I appreciate that.

I’ve only wrote 1 review in my life and this will be the second. Hands down Dr. Newman and Andrew are the best! They explain everything very well giving you the pro and cons. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Couldn’t thanks both of them enough!

Dr. Newman was professional, very knowledgeable, and personable. He was able to diagnose me immediately after he reviewed the x-rays and point me in the direction I needed to go. I appreciate how he was able to identify the root of the problem and provide me with a proper diagnosis which was something that had not been done in the last three months.

Always awesome there! Had to have shots in both knees, for the very first time, and was quite concerned how it would go! Andy put me at ease, and did both knees without "any" significant pain! Was a good experience, & my knees have felt incredibly pain free for the first time in years!!🤗

I just got injections for my knees. Andy was extremely understanding of my fear of these injections and injected them in the front of my knees instead of on the side. Much less pain and his compassion was incredibly helpful in alleviating my fear. Definitely a Five Star practice. I highly recommend them. I greatly appreciate the friend who recommended them to me.

Dr. Newman is patient, kind and has excellent bedside manner. I will update this review after my surgery, but my consultations with Dr. Newman have been far better than the other 4 orthopedic surgeons I saw before him. He treats me like an intelligent person and respects and listens to my needs and concerns. He includes my family members in conversations. His staff are kind and responsive. Overall this has been the best experience I've had with an orthopedic surgeon.
