Dr. Gregory Fasani-Feldberg is a fellowship trained spine surgeon, specializing in minimally invasive and motion preserving surgery. He completed his spine surgery fellowship at the Texas Back Institute, one of the foremost disc arthroplasty centers in the country. In addition to performing total disc replacements, Dr. Fasani-Feldberg has extensive experience treating acute spinal pathologies such as traumatic injuries and disc herniations as well as chronic degenerative conditions and complex deformities. During his training, he gained further experience with the latest techniques in spinal surgery including navigation and robotics.
Dr. Fasani-Feldberg is originally from Massachusetts. He graduated with honors from Northeastern University in Boston, MA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Following his undergraduate training he attended medical school at the New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Westchester Medical Center, a busy Level I Trauma Center in New York. After the completion of his residency, he furthered his surgical training with a fellowship at the renowned Texas Back Institute in Plano, TX where he gained extensive experience with the latest techniques in spinal surgery. During his fellowship, he had the opportunity to participate in a spine surgery mission in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where he performed complex reconstructive surgeries on patients with severe spinal deformities. He speaks at multiple conferences throughout the country on various topics within spinal surgery. He is actively involved in spinal surgery research and has published multiple peer reviewed articles. He is an active member of the North American Spine Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
In his free time, Dr. Fasani-Feldberg enjoys mountain biking, hunting, fishing, hiking, and exploring Colorado with his wife and three children.
