Dr. Tyler Cram is an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon with Orthopedic Centers of Colorado, seeing patients at the Golden and Westminster offices. Dr. Tyler Cram specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions, with a focus on helping patients return to activity safely and confidently.

Dr. Cram completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and advanced fellowship training in sports medicine and arthroscopy at Cleveland Clinic. His background also includes extensive experience in athletic training, rehabilitation and sports medicine research, giving him a well-rounded understanding of injury prevention, treatment and recovery.

Before becoming an orthopedic surgeon, Tyler Cram, DO, MS, worked with athletes and orthopedic specialists in high-level sports medicine settings, including The Steadman Clinic in Vail and the University of North Carolina. His research experience includes numerous peer-reviewed publications related to knee injuries, ligament reconstruction, meniscus injuries, arthroscopy and sports medicine.

At OCC, Dr. Tyler Cram provides personalized orthopedic care for athletes, active adults and patients seeking relief from pain or injury. His approach focuses on accurate diagnosis, evidence-based treatment options and individualized care plans designed to restore function, improve mobility and support each patient’s goals.
