Dr. Kobayashi was highly recommended by a friend who sees him regularly to treat arthritis in her thumbs. He also operated on her to correct a trigger finger, w outstanding results.

Yesterday, he quickly diagnosed a “bone on bone” issue in my left thumb that has worsened since a mishap in 2018. I was having severe discomfort, could not grasp well w my left hand, and was unable to perform simple tasks in the kitchen like holding a mixing bowl with the left hand while scraping batter into a loaf pan using my right hand. Once Dr. Kobayashi confirmed my diagnosis, he expertly & painlessly administered a steroid injection into the joint. This occurred on Nov.18th - he indicated I might have some minor discomfort but it was nearly imperceptible. Today, Nov. 19th, is the first day in years that I have mobility & strength in my left hand.

Beyond his impeccable credentials, skill, & experience, Dr. Kobayashi is a great person & has superior “bedside manner”. During my entire career, I worked in hospitals & communicated w surgeons all the time. He is truly exceptional in every respect. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much, Dr. Kobayashi, for relieving the pain & restoring mobility to my left hand!!! Chris

Dr Kobayashi took the time to thoroughly review my X-rays and understood the strain my arthritis was causing me and my livelihood, and more importantly took it seriously!! I had become desperate for a medical professional to finally take my condition seriously, as it has gotten to the point of such severe distress I was ready to start looking for a Dr in Denver because my primary just kept dismissing my concerns and pain and offered nothing to help. Dr Kobayashi went into gear right away, giving me shots and putting a plan together for next steps to alleviate this painful condition and I really left feeling like FINALLY, someone is listening to me. And I just can't thank him enough!!
Tony J.
