Good doctors for your orthopedic health needs

Dr. Larsen is awesome, I would recommend him to anyone, he's doing a 3rd surgery for me and does excellent work, he's very nice and accommodating to all his patients.

Preliminary appointment for hangnail on left thumb. Dr Martyak was very clear with what needs to happen next.

Stephanie did an outstanding job of trying to diagnose a difficult situation. And then pinpoint delivered a cortisone shot. Admittedly I was screaming for Mercy because it hurt but she was right on target and today it's a miracle and it feels wonderful. Nobody was hurried as they took care of me and the appointment lasted for almost an hour. It's rare that a doctor or a doctor's office gives that much time to a client anymore. I really appreciated it.

The entire staff were so warm and welcoming. I felt comfortable the whole time and appreciated the collaboration between Stephanie and Dr. Larsen.

Dr. Martyak is an exceptional surgeon! He was highly recommended by my Doctor. I had open Carpal Tunnel surgery on my left hand 04/08/2026. Before my surgery I had lost feeling in my four fingers and I have already started having feeling in one of the fingers which is amazing after having the surgery just one day ago! Dr. Larson is incredible! I was having terrible pain in my wrist and clicking / locking fingers. Dr. Larson took care of me and can play guitar and use my hands again with no pain. He's a rock star!!

These are the pros in Orthopaedic care. It is evident by bedside manner and organization. So far so good but let’s not drop any stars come potential elbow surgery :)

I finally had the opportunity to meet and speak with Dr. Larsen on 3/272026 and was very pleased with his thorough explanation and sincere care to find more solutions for a resolution and treatment for my broken left wrist. He drew pictures to help explain things and I appreciate that. I mentioned that we will be going on a long vacation out of country soon and need to move quickly with tests and follow up appointments with him. He worked with his medical assistant to have everything done quickly. His medical assistant Bre is excellent. She got me in the next few days for a nerve test and I had an MRI on the same day. Unheard of! I have a follow up appointment with Dr Larsen all tests and appointments within a week. Bre is amazing and very pleasant to work with. She made it all happen quickly and with a great attitude. Thank You to Dr Larsen and most of all Bre!

I had a hard fall on 2/13/2026 and badly bruised both knees, and my left hand reached out to break the fall. I went immediately to Falcon Urgent Care and X-Rays were taken which showed an Acute Fracture of the Radial Styloid. The next day 2/14/2026 when I received the report and a CD of the X-Rays I went to the ER at St Francis Hospital off Woodmen. They performed their evaluations and extensive X-Rays again and results were the same Acute Fracture of Radial Styloid. They referred my to OCC for further evaluation by Dr. Larsen. Due to the weekend, I called first thing on Monday, 2/16/2026 morning and very pleasantly surprised with an appointment at 12:30 pm same day.
I did not get to see Dr Larsen but his PA who said it’s not a fracture but arthritis. I have 2 sets of X-Rays that showed the same results of Acute Fracture. How is it possible that a PA can come to the conclusion that it’s arthritis?? The cast from ER was removed and I was told to use a brace and it should be good enough. The PA was not interested in helping me and just wanted me out quickly. Maybe because I’m Asian but I know I was not treated properly by a medical professional. No pain meds to ease the pain or take the edge off. Today, 2/21:2026 and I’m in a lot of pain without any relief since seeing her. VERY BAD medical treatment!!!

I recommend OCC for anyone that is in need of orthopedic care, the staff is super friendly and Dr Martyak has been kind and up front with diagnosis, possibilities and expectations, it has been as pleasant as a surgical experience can be! Thank you OCC!

You would not want to see photos I walked in told him I was in trouble. Another doctor recommended I come in and Ashley and everybody there went overboard to get me back on my feet again with a bad arm thanks Ashley you’re great.

I saw Ashley Taylor for post op as part of Dr David Weinstein’s surgery team. She was very knowledgeable answered all of my wife and my questions. She reviewed the complex surgical repair needed and shared about my recovery path. We are very impressed with the care provided by Dr Weinstein and the whole team at Orthopedic Centers of Colorado.

Great Service friendly people.

Staff is very friendly and competent. Enjoyed Dr. Martyak’s thorough evaluation and reassurance for a full recovery from this injury. I was accepted for an appointment within 24 hours of my call. Other orthopedic centers had no solution for doctors on vacation, except to wait in my splint for openings that were over 10 days wait, and I have insurance. Very grateful for a well run orthopedic center whose focus is on the patient needs.

I have every confidence in Dr. Larsen and his team. Very pleased with treatment for arthritis in my hand so far.
