Beautiful office. Great welcoming staff. The medical assistant did a wonderful job, most important piece, he introduced himself and his appearance was professional. Dr. Brugman has nice bedside manner and thorough evaluation and explanation. Happy with this provider.

Dr. Brugman took the time to thoroughly review my MRI reports and to explain the findings in a clear manner. I felt my concerns and input were heard. I left feeling confident in his knowledge, analysis and treatment plan.

Love that Dr. Swinehart treats me like the active 51yo that I am. As I age, I have found that most doctors just tell you to stop doing what makes your body ache. So thorough, thoughtful and I truly appreciated his clear explanations. Would highly recommend, especially if you are an athlete and/or active!

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Dr Harold Hunt. I have had knee issues since 2004, seen several doctors, none compared to Dr Hunt. VERRRRRY Thorough; listens; provided treatment plan with complete care to make sure I understood. He has the exact correct sense of humor to put you at ease. Appointment was late in day…. No rushing me at all. BTW his assistant was extremely personable and thorough as well.

I was worried I wasn't going to get an appointment to see an orthopedic for months. Luckily, OCC Advanced Orthopedics had multiple times available before the end of the week and I could easily book online. I was even more surprised when I was able to get an MRI and follow up within a day of each other the following week.

Dr. Jacobson not only listened to me but he understood my concerns especially with me having an added component of a genetic condition. He never diminished my feelings and explained to me thoroughly what my journey ahead could look like. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Over the last 5 years Dr. Hsin has cared for both my husband and I as we dealt with double knee and shoulder injuries, respectively. His kind and calm demeanor has always put us at ease both in the office and operating room. His keen understanding for complicated injuries afforded me the opportunity to avoid a second surgery (I instead did PRP injections and had amazing results) where another surgeon may have just suggested to operate for their own benefit. Conversely, he did not put my husband through the ringer of “let’s try a bunch of different, “less-invasive” things to appease insurance” when it was clear surgical intervention would allow him resume normal life as quickly as possible; his team also did the legwork to ensure our insurance approved the surgery. We are so blessed to have found Dr. Hsin and his team, and while we hope to not have to see him often 😉 it is always a pleasure when we do.

Receptionist pleasant. Doctors assistant very engaging and thorough. Doctor was running late. When he entered the treatment room he immediately apologized. Very professional. We’re able to get to know each other. Awesome experience!
