Jeremy serves as a physician assistant for Dr. Dave Weinstein, evaluating and treating orthopedic and sports medicine conditions. Jeremy assists in surgical procedures including arthroscopy and ligament and joint reconstruction. He is skilled in fracture and trauma care of the lower and upper extremities, including knee, foot, ankle, shoulder, and elbow.
A Colorado Springs native, Jeremy graduated from Chicago Medical School’s Finch University of Health Sciences. Before receiving his PA certification, Jeremy worked in physical therapy and as an exercise physiologist for many years. He is active in orthopedic research and education.

The Saturday walk-in clinic was super! Arrived at 8 am and the 2 front desk administrators were happy, friendly and helpful. Perfect for a Saturday morning. Dr. Pekari was efficient and informative with a dry, subtle sense of humor. I felt his goal was to provide practical help and that his experience could be counted on if there was a need for future help. Very satisfied.

it was wonderful to be able to get in to a clinic on a weekend and in a timely fashion. Tim was great and my hand is already feeling better. i am a physical therapist and i need to be able to use my hand for work. 😊

Dr Kobayashi performed a reverse shoulder replacement 3 1/2 months ago. The whole process has been amazing. I can do so much more than I could before the surgery. He is professional, knowledgeable and very skilled. . His team is fantastic, and everyone is helpful.I couldn't be happier wth my progress. He has made a big difference in my life. I highly recommend him for hand and upper extremity surgery.

From my initial visit, it was clear that my care and getting me on the road to healing was the first priority. They presented options, but also provided me with what they would do in my situation.Surgery Center care was amazing, and I know I'm receiving the type of care that is necessary. Dr. Kobayashi is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person. He truly cares about his patients. He went out of his way to work around our scheduled vacation by expediting an MRI on my son’s hand and scheduling an early morning follow up appointment. He has my highest recommendation.

I really shy away from giving a good review because I don't want everybody else to go to see Dr. Kobayashi. He is absolutely incredible and truly has the best bedside manner and is always so very happy and willing to listen and talk to you. He knows his stuff, and he's just a pleasure to be around, you can be in the worst pain in the world and he is just always so kind.
The staff in the office is amazing from the receptionist's to the nurses, and up to Dr. Hubbard and Dr. Kobayashi. They are a great bunch of people who work so well together! The treatment I received was Grade-A and I am not through yet. I have no doubt my future treatment will be anything less than stellar!! Thank you Dr. Kobayashi and staff!!! ❤️
