Dr. Choudhry provides a full complement of upper extremity/hand care from the shoulder to fingertips. A Colorado native, he graduated from Overland High School in Aurora where he was awarded the Bausch & Lomb Science Award for his “Excellent Promise in the Field of Science.” He went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biology from the University of Denver and graduated Cum Laude. He then attended the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical School where he received the William Winter MD Award for his “Outstanding Performance in Orthopedic Surgery” as a senior medical student.

He continued his passion for orthopedics by completing his residency at the University of Cincinnati and affiliated hospitals. As a graduating chief resident he was selected as the recipient of the Peter J. Stern MD award “in recognition for outstanding qualities in professionalism, patient care, and teaching.” He then decided to pursue subspecialty training and completed an Upper extremity/Hand fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina. During fellowship he received the Fellow’s Clinical Science Silver Award by the Wake Forest Division of Surgical Sciences for his research on nerve injuries.

Dr. Choudhry has several research endeavors that have been presented at national meetings and published in prestigious scientific journals. He has been fortunate to train with some of the best leaders and pioneers in his field of practice and strives to provide the best possible care for his patients. Dr. Choudhry enjoys spending time with his wife and family and exploring all the outdoor adventures that Colorado has to offer.

Such a great experience. I was having the worst pregnancy carpel tunnel and Dr. Choudhry was able to get me in to be seen so quickly . Other offices couldn’t make time for at least a month out and my wrists and hands were in so much pain, on top of being 37 weeks pregnant. I was able to get Injections same day as my appointment and the pain in my hands is finally gone. 10/10.

I forgot what it was called but, I had a terrible painful growth in my palm. It just kept getting bigger and it made it very difficult to use my hand. I had surgery and the Doctor removed the growth and my hand is healing beautifully.

I am very impressed with Orthopedic Center of Colorado Rose/Cherry Creek. On a Friday afternoon Dr. Choudhry opened his schedule to diagnose a bump on my finger from a fall. If I had waited any longer I might have ended up with a permanently deformed useless finger. The Urgent Care 10 days ago had no clue. Dr. Choudhry is a hand specialist and surgeon .
