Positive: the doctor was helpful and responsive, he listened and discussed my condition, and the options for treatment.
Negative: the waiting time was 45 minutes, the assistant was mean, not willing to take a moment to answer my concerns.

Went to see Dr Brugman for Dupuytren's contracture. He patiently explained the different options forward including the procedure, recovery, potential benefits, and risks. We decided to go with surgery and scheduled it for after a trip we had planned. The staff were great and even moved the surgery to a location that would be in network for our insurance. The office even helped me figure out the expected costs for anesthesia. Surgery was quick and very successful. Follow up care was included and Dr Brugman listened and offered Occupational Therapy for the scar tissue. Great experience!

Dr. Brugman is very easy to work with. I felt a little foolish because my issue only involved a finger. But each time I've been to his office, both Dr Brugman and his assistant listened carefully to all my concerns and gave clear answers and treatment plans. He is genuinely interested in helping his patients.
