Graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in 2008; then earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from George Washington University in 2012. She has also pursued advanced certifications as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), tactical strength and conditioning facilitator (TSAC-F), and functional dry needling through Evidence in Motion. Upon graduating, Cristin worked in Washington, DC before moving to Denver in 2019 and finally settling in Colorado Springs in late 2020. In her free time, Cristin enjoys golfing, hiking, Orangetheory, and competing in sprint distance triathlons all to balance out her love of cooking and exploring the food scene.
