Dr. D’Ambrosia made me feel immediately taken care of from my initial visit. I saw him while pregnant and again post-partum to express my concerns over my back pain because i have herniated discs from a previous accident and my pain significantly increased during my term and after labor. Dr D'Ambrosis has been my pain doctor for over 5 years. Sometimes I have had to go to surgery, but Dr D has done everything in his power to help me avoid the knife. I have degenerative disc disease so he has his work cut out for him. Recently I saw him for a hip issue and I have no more pain , even though the hip doctor said I needed surgery.
I truly believe that Dr D'Ambrosis is the most ethical doctor I've ever met. I owe him more than I can say here. I strongly suggest that if you were told you need surgery, please do yourself a favor and visit him.

I believe that Dr. D'Ambrosia is competent and knowledgeable, but my issue is that it took over 2 months to get an appointment, then I saw the doctor for maybe 5 minutes or less. He ordered an MRI, so I will reserve judgement until I see how long it takes to get follow-up to that test.

I called blindly with no idea who I would see based on a recommendation from a friend for the practice. I’ve been in such pain for months with no relief from other therapies. Dr. D has given me a diagnoses ( not crazy or being a baby) and some hope that my pain can be relieved without surgery. He very obviously is passionate about what he does, and wants to help find non surgical pain management and treatment. The office has made appointments quickly, obtained imaging quickly and been thorough in following up. I’d prefer not to have the diagnosis or the pain, but I feel like Dr. D was a heaven send.

This was a follow-up appointment where we reviewed my progress with pain in my right hip and leg. Dr. D asked detailed questions concerning any pains and soreness from walking on the street and in a “lazy river”. We also discussed my physical therapy exercises and whether they seemed to help. Dr D is the best thing since chicken and waffles he has helped me in so many circumstances from seeing things that are wrong like a knee out of place resulting in a total knee revision to calling my back surgeon because he could see there was something wrong when the P.A
For my surgeon couldn't. He is easy to talk too and is a great listener. He is extremely knowledgeable in his job of pain management, knowing what you need and what you don't. Hopefully this does not give him a big head.
