Dr. Larsen served in the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserve from 1989 to 2015, retiring at the rank of Colonel. His distinguished military service includes deployments, humanitarian missions, and recognition such as the Defense Meritorious Service Medal and the NATO Medal.
