I've had to visit the Hand Surgery Associates office multiple times now and each time I felt like I was a valued client and my concerns were being listened to. Not only that, but they were able to solve my wrist injury issue.

I was pleased with the open meeting and explanation of the procedure. The Dr. Is didactic and helpful. I thought the surgery was local but did not know it would be deep into city. I do not see any accomodations which are reasonable and not sure how to proceed.

It was my first visit to the aurora location and the ladies at the front desk were so kind and friendly. They seemed as though they really liked their jobs. The wait wasn't long and dr Ariel was very thorough. She explained every option to me and allowed me to ask questions and make an informed decision. I feel strongly that she cared about my health and well-being. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾.

The great. The staff was amazing from beging to end. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The ladies at front desk were super sweet, then the nurse took me back for x-rays and apologized for the almost zero wait time. Dr Rovak came in and talked to me about all my options and recommendations and answered all my questions. He was even very open to me bringing in information about a different surgery that was recommended so that we compare the 2 to decide which would be better for me in the long run. Gave me an injection in hand and a brace and in four weeks I will go back and we will compare the 2 and decide. On the way out met a few more staff members. Sat and talked with Jayla up front while I waited for my son to come pick me up. It was like a social visit with health benefits as a bonus. Very comfortable here. Definitely recommend 5 stars plus...
