Dr. Kobayashi took great care of my son whenever he needed emergency surgery. As someone who works for Dr. Kobayashi, I would trust no one else to take care of my son in this situation. I will always recommend him for care of patients as well as providing top-notch medical advice and expertise in any orthopedic situation. Not only did he take care of my son in a professional way, he made sure that he is able to return to all activities to include snowboarding and soccer. I am so thankful for Dr. Kobayashi and all of his care for my family.

Dr. K. has performed several surgeries on me since 2010, all with outstanding results. Most recently (April 2024) he fixed a3X shoulder dislocation with rotator cuff, tendon and ligament tears that were causing elevated levels of pain. While repairing what he could, he inserted the Stryker Space Balloon into the joint. After a few days, I had no more pain. From my personal experiences as Dr. K,’s patient I trust his recommendations and his outstanding surgical skills implicitly. He, his assistant Dana, and the team have provided me excellent care over several years…they are the best.

I never leave reviews but I'm infuriated by what happened here. I saw Ky for an injury years ago and he pushed a major surgery that did not cure the pain. They insist on having patients alternate between the doctor and the assistant Dana Hubbard for some reason. After multiple x-rays, MRIs, shots, and a major surgery, my pain was still there and the doctors were clueless. Dana Hubbard told me verbatim "you might just have to live with it".I become hopeless for 5 years and lived with excruciating pain daily until I finally told a physical therapist, who said that's the most ignorant thing he's ever heard. In only a few sessions with the PT my pain reduced by 90%. Beware of doctors who push major expensive procedures for a big paycheck instead of addressing your problems or admitting when they're out of their element and referring you to someone else, the responsible decision. PTs are the real heroes who deserve our respect. I could probably sue for this.

Dr. Kobayashi took care of me for two surgeries. Both were very successful and I have had extremely good results from them. His kind and caring nature as well as the wonderful success of the surgeries allow me to recommend him without any reservations.
