Eric his PA has been just as caring, consistent and thorough, always ready with answers, follow-up care details, and genuine concern. Cassidy his office assistant has been a steady, calming presence through every appointment, surgery and recovery. See this team has watched me heal so beautifully SEVERAL TIMES just to watch me re-injure myself. Going through multiple injuries and needing surgery is never easy, but Dr. Thon and this team made the process feel manageable and supported every step of the way. They treat you like a person, not just a broken human. Their combination of expertise and genuine kindness is rare, and I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve received.
