Very poor communication with Doctor Bascom and his team. Calls into his portal seemed to be ignore. Appts?? Frustrating.

Met with Andrea Barton yesterday in Golden for my Pre Op appointment. Andrea was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions before I got a chance to ask them. While I have some apprehension about my upcoming TLKR, I feel much better prepared to cope with the changes coming and I look forward to seeing Andrea again post op! I am very impressed with this process and anticipate a much better quality of life when recovered!

Kim Deneen PA did a great job. She was patient in had a good listening ear and a gentle approach.

Definitely would recommend Orthopedic Centers of Colorado Dr. Thomas Eickmann MD. As well as Orthopedic Centers of Colorado physical therapy a complete package to knee replacement and healing leading to restarting your physical activities again. The whole staff is very professional and is there for you for whole duration till your back fully functioning. Very pleased to give an A++

Very fast and efficient! I was taken back right when my appointment was supposed to start, they listened to my concerns, took x-rays, and had a treatment plan in under 30 minutes. Dr. MacTaggart and her team were awesome! My wrist pain is completely gone!

I am getting ready for a knee replacement and so far my experience has been easy and seamless. This organization has their act together. Andrea answered all my questions and spent a lot of time with me. Thank you for caring about me and helping me get ready for my procedure.

I have had a great experience with the OCC group. Dr. Adamson was thorough in his evaluation giving me options to consider. I chose a joint replacement surgery with excellent results. My post-op visits with PA Andrea Barton have also gone well explaining the next steps in my recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend the OCC group.

Kim, was very informative and helpful! Totally trust her. Honest and easy to communicate with ! My wife attended my pre-op appointment and she totally agrees! Answered all our questions and concerns and I am a judge of character, she's the real deal! Although she may only be a PA, I would encourage her to get her doctorate!

I usually give OCC 5 stars but my last follow up for my knee replacement with a provider I have had for some time was disappointing. I found him to be remote and dismissive of my issues. Truly frustrating experience!

This Doc was recommended to us and we are more than happy with the outcome of my hip surgery. GOD BLESS the effort it took to get me mobile again!

Friendly and courteous staff. No long waits, they see you within minutes of your appointment time. Dr. Micah and his PA Andrea are great. No trying to push me into knee replacements, suggested shots in both knees while I consider what to do next.

The staff at OCC was amazing, I had appointment at 1:10, got me in right on time. Immediately took X-rays of my knee and saw the physician assistant immediate after. Asked pertinent questions and than met with Dr, Boscam and reviewed my case. Gave me a cortisone shot was on my way within half hour. Great patient services and great place for knee concerns! Dr Bascum was very nice and understanding. He explained the surgery in simple terms that anyone could understand. His bedside manner is great. I would go back to him to have my other knee done when I need it!
