They offer five star care, professionalism, and they get the job done to make sure pain goes away with lower spine and hips and more!!! I am truly grateful for their help to alleviate excruciating pain in my lower spine and hips!!!!! They are a great team the best!!!! Connor is really the best. He takes the time to listen thoroughly to my complaints—of which there are many—with knowledge and patience. He is helping me get through a rough time, and I appreciate him more than he will ever know.

On checking in the front desk seemed off-putting and couldn't really explain why I received a text message that day saying they needed a referral but I had received a text on August 14th saying they had received a referral and I should call them. The assistant that brought me back was very kind. He accepted my documents I brought from a previous doctor and seemed interested. Doctor Brugman was kind and asked a lot of questions, read my document from the previous doctor..I didn't feel rushed during the appointment and he explained the upcoming process. Checkout at front desk was a different, very kind woman. Made my next appointment quickly.
