Appt time was very accurate, no waiting. The time spent with me by Dr Eickman, was very appreciated. I felt he listened to me & addressed the concerns appropriately.
Have always been aware of his following, as a doctor, working in a local hospital myself. This attentiveness to my concerns was a welcome improvement over when I saw him several years ago. His medical knowledge speaks for itself
as an excellant ortho surgeon.

Always a quick meet for my cortisone shots! Office staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Wait time is always less than 10-15 minutes. Dr. Bierbrauer is ALWAYS amazing! Super helpful, genuinely listens to your concerns and does anything to help, and even helps build young medical professionals by letting college level pre med students and interns join his office for shadow hours and education. I cannot recommend this office enough!

OCC is a excellent facility. All of the staff members are polite and friendly. They make you feel at ease through the whole process. Dr Bascom was great. He took the time to explain the causes of my problems and explained my options.

It is rare that I walked out of the doctors office Feeling so taken care of! It restores my faith in the medical profession

Dr bascom is awesome and his support staff is to notch. I was walking without a cane in 2 weeks, going back to work Monday, 6 weeks, 100% ready for the left knee in a couple months.

I had total left hip replacement surgery. Prior to weeks leading up to it the staff was more than accommodating in returning calls,answering my questions, and getting thing completed with insurance. The nurse staff at the surgical center were on there game and I felt went above and beyond with pre prep and post care. My surgin was totally informative and knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything from start to finish. I was very confident,relaxed and assured things would go well. Honestly I can't say enough about the entire experience AAA +++!!!

Dr.Cabellas has been providing me with Hymovis injections in my knees for over a year, using ultrasound to guide the needle through my damaged knee bursa sacs to help lessen the pain. My previous provider with a different group caused me so much pain that I almost passed out (after several “tries” to get the Hyaluronic acid injection into my knees.
What a relief! Plus Dr. Caballes always has answers and info for my concerns,
helping me take better care of my health challenges. He’s a good human being with great skills!

I was very pleased with the demeanor in the center. All people involved were courteous, pleasant and efficient especially the doctor and her assistants. She was thorough and explained everything. The results of the procedure were well worth the discomfort of it since I have had no pain in my hip after about 18 hours post injection.

Dr Caballes is very knowledgeable and wants you back to sport as early as possible provided proper treatment and recovery!

I had a consult with Dr. Eickmann yesterday. My knee. I had an ACL replacement 4 yrs ago. Meniscus work etc Since I have had pain which I expected. Brought my disk and paperwork from my surgery in FL. While I was expecting the worst, Doc used a less invasive procedure to delay, hopefully, replace more serious surgery. Left me feeling knowledgeable, hopeful and the next day I'm feeling better. obviously not 100 percent but noticeably better.
Sooo...did my PCP refer him? Nope. Just moved here and don't have one. I did my own research and picked the best doc I analyzed . Been there, done that, major league sports orthos. Trust me ...he's a good Doc to see. Dont reinvent the wheel. Just go see him. I did the research for you. Just go see him.

Dr Caballes is incredibly thorough and has an ability to really break it down in understanding phases to recovery. Long wait list but absolutely worth the wait

I don't usually post reviews. But, this will be an exception. I had PRP plus a hyaluronic based injection into my rt knee that is and has reached a 3/4 need for replacement. Stairs, both up and down, kill me due to bone on bone pain from a misaligned kneecap. That injection, 4 years ago was not only expensive but gave relief for only 4 months, not the expected 1 to 2 years. As far as that procedure went, Dr Cabellos, using ultrasound guidance was virtually pain free, with little to no long term swelling or discomfort. I was told by Dr Cabellos, that there was no real guarantee of longer term pain coverage. Unfortunately for me, it isn't worth the price per results to repeat. So here I am, 4 years later, at the point the pain and fall risk on stairs has me back to see Dr Cabellos. I appreciate his honest approach and his willingness to listen and explain the future plans. There is no "push or rush" for a total knee replacement, as many doctors do see you as a bank donor (per se)!! Since the pricey PRP+ injection did not provide long term pain mitigation last time, Dr Cabellos was totally fine with the "joint fluid" type injection this time. Which makes MY wallet happy !
I have no pre-anxiety problems with my upcoming injection(s) as he uses ultrasound to guide the placement of the injection site. Unfortunately for me, at other facilities, which used the old "feel where to go" or a literal "pen marks the spot" or even a press and release then try to find the spot again, methods that I have been subjected to, which often left me with the painful consequences and even second attempt (!!) result.
I know this post is long, but, I have 53 years worth of knee procedures, and what I know and have experienced is truthfully posted. Believe me, I would not bother posting this lengthy response if OCC and Dr Cabellos did not exceed my very knowledgeable expectations !
I've read many other posts. I do believe that the entire experience for every patient at any facility is important. Yes, it may take a while to get an appointment and sometimes front desk folks may not be at their best, but the main importance for me lies in a proper diagnosis and treatment with the LEAST amount of pain and a good outcome. I am back here after 4 years !! That says a lot.

He took time with us and came up with a solution on a problem I was having with my legs. My shoulder was hurt from my balance and a leg problem that has been going on since February of this year. I'm hopeful this results will keep me from falling a doing any more problems to my shoulders. Thanks

Very thorough and professional pre-Op visit. Andrea took the time to explain things and answer many questions. She helped us to understand (and feel confident about) the recovery and physical therapy phases. Really friendly and a part of a GREAT team. Everyone from the reception, to XRAY, the PAs and the surgeon have been first class.

Andrea is the complete professional who cares about her patients and is very personable! She is the reason many others and I use OCC.
