Scheduling was super simple and the eCheck-in was very straightforward. PA Albrecht was amazing! Great bedside manner, patient, answered all my questions, and even brought in Jacob (from PT) to answer questions. 12 yrs ago Dr Purcel did my knee surgery and I'm happy to say the OCC is still providing outstanding care. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

“Center for excellence” is correct! Matt was fantastic, calling after my knee replacement surgery to check in, then removing the drain on day 2. Dr Purcell did a perfect job as far as I can tell, along with the entire surgery team. I’m 4-days post surgery and have some pain but the X-rays look just perfect and I anticipate a full recovery with rehab. Thanks to all who’ve helped me!
