Dr Faulkner was a "real doctor" . So missing many places i have visited. He explained everything going on with my shoulder and did an actual physical exam. He was very personal and pleasurable. Not in a rush. Would refer him highly to my family members and friends. Thank you Dr Faulkner for a very good and caring experience.

Dr. Mitchell listened to my concerns and explained options and what he thought was the best way to go. I appreciated his demeanor and all the time he took with me. His staff was welcoming and seemed to enjoy what they do. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mitchell !

Dr. K is a very reasonable, try the simple stuff first kind of guy. He took an x-ray of my shoulder, showed me the cause of impingement,said let's try a cortisone shot first rather than jumping to surgery. I said do I need to make another appointment,and he said he could do it right there NOW. Quick,virtually painless, and I felt better before I left the chair! I thought to myself this can't be,it must be the power of suggestion. By the time I got to the parking lot ,my arm would do full circles. I have been in intense pain for 9 months,but feared an operation. I could not lift my arm past my chest upward,could not sleep on my left side,and it was not a minor pain. I hurt 24/7. I have a new name for him - DR. MAGIC!! I will still do therapy ,( wich he set up for me before I left), and realize this is not the end of story. But it is the next day,and it feels better and better - nearly normal! He is a no nonsense,get it done,with great compassion for his parients. I am extremely pleased!

The receptionist was efficient but not friendly. The wait for doctor was a little long but the wait was worth it as 7 day prescription is really helping while i wait for insurance to ok my injection and Dr Mitchell was very helpful and helpful and I pray the injection works!!

No long waiting and very friendly staff and doctor who explained everything. Offered assistance step by step, thank you for taking your time.

Dr C 0perated on my right hand at the end of October and my hand hasn't been so good for 6 years and we are going to take care of my left hand at the first of February ty Dr C and all of your "family" I mean staff he says ❤ he and his staff looks at me and all the other patients are considered family your the best Dr C thank you from Randall Logan and my family 👪

The doctor was very nice but I had to wait for my appointment to get in and once I got my appointment I found out he doesn't do surgery so I had to make another appointment with another doctor that he recommended. The low, rating isn't because of him It's because of the communication. I told the person making my appointment that I needed a cyst removed off my knee.

I had a wonderful experience with my total knee replacement. I was a bit nervous prior to surgery but Dr. Arthur took the time to answer all my questions. The procedure went perfect. I had question the night after surgery and the on call staff was so responsive and supportive. I am 8 weeks post surgery and am thrilled with the results. Giving a shout out to OCC therapy center - Lucy and Christi are amazing with my rehab. My entire experience with OCC has been amazing!

Dr. K is wonderful. He has been giving me injections in my hands for about a year now. I can keep doing the job I love as a massage therapist. When the time come I will have surgery, but until then I will continue to see Dr. K. HIGHLY recommend this office and Dr. K. Christine Cannedy 😊

Dr did a great job of stopping the pain in my shoulder in just 9 hours after 1.5 years and also stopped the pain in my left foot thigh.Undelieveable

Dr. Mitchell did major surgery on my back, fixing extruded discs with a hemolaminectomy. In short, he was fast and no nonsense, thorough in preventative measures, and also kind and clear with communicating. I went to see Dr. Mitchell with symptoms of extreme debilitating sciatica. Based on my medical history, I had expected to have to advocate for myself getting surgery and push back against lesser treatments like steroid injections and physical therapy to mitigate symptoms. That was not a problem at all, and Dr. Mitchell was able to explain precisely what the issue was and knew the steps/procedures to recommend with no nonsense. Hailey, his medical assistant, was very helpful with questions I had regarding pre and post-op guidelines and advice. I really appreciated her availability for those sorts of questions. The nurses and hospital staff were all wonderful, and I was made comfortable and aware of what was happening and when. The procedure went great, and now I'm recovering with no sign of the leg pain I was suffering from. I'm extraordinarily grateful for the care I received and look forward to getting back to my normal sports and musical activities. Thank you!

I receive great care here evertime I need to come in. Joint injections in the hand aren't very comfortable but they sure do the trick after a couple of days of self care. Thanks Dr. K and his entire team.

Dr. Stull did 3 out of my 4 knee surgeries. He is the go for knees.

So far so good. Dr. Faulkner recommended physical therapy. Dr. Faulkner is doing a great job with my shoulder issues. Everything went well and I will still continue seeing him for further care regarding my right shoulder issues. I completely trust him. Everything is great. Will work hard on keeping my right shoulder in great shape and hopefully no surgery for awhile. Still a great place for medical service. 5 stars all around.

Well from day one when I met the Doctor Kirk Jeffers,and his Physician Assistant Chris Braun I knew I was in good hands . Their professionalism the way they talk to their patients and explain what's going on, it was just a pleasure to be a patient of theirs . The whole staff as soon as you walk in the door everyone is so polite and caring I had a total reverse shoulder replacement and I am doing great thank you doctors and staff for everything

Office is very nice.employees are friendly and overall great experience. When I went there to get shots in my knees .both times I was in and out very fast and had good results and dr Jeffreys explained everything in advance as to what to expect.

My surgeon and his entire team as well as those in pre op and post op have been absolutely fabulous !! Their professionalism, caring attitude, kindness & willingness to answer all my questions have been great 😃 !!! I feel like a new man !!!

I cannot think of something negative to say against what I went through and the way I was treated. I have great respect for this man.
