Dr Joseph Hsin and his staffs (Brianna and Jaelene) was super helpful for my right shoulder surgery. It was successful and thank you for putting my right shoulder back to normal.

Phenomenal experience with a suture lock meniscus repair. Recovery is right on track at 5 weeks couldn’t be happier Thank you Dr Hsin, Brianna, and Jessica for caring about me and the outstanding care!

Super nice and efficient!

Clean and comfortable environment. Friendly and hard working staff. Dr Eikmann did my knee replacement surgery. He is strict but cares about his patients surgical outcome. Very knowledgable and takes time to explain procedures and answers all questions you might have. My surgical outcome is very positive. Im healing fast and tolerating PT well by following his instructions and suggestions. If I have any other ortho surgeries in the future, I will definitely be back in his office. Good surgeons are sometimes hard to come by. I would recommend Dr Eikmann to anyone!

Dr MacTaggart has provided me with the treatment options and instills confidence in her recommended treatment. I highly recommend her as a doctor and surgeon.

I had total knee replacement by Thomas Eickmann of OCC in Mar of 2026. The results were excellent. My recovery was better and faster than I expected. I found an excellent Physical Therapist (unaffiliated with OCC) and worked very hard on the stretching, balance and strength exercises and had an excellent outcome (still at it). Credit goes to the surgeon and surgical staff. They are all professionals and focused on results. Eickmann was recommended to me by a local Operating Room nurse and 2 local Physical Therapists (all friends of mine). You cant get better recommendations than that.

Dr. Eickmann got straight to the point with diagnosing my knee and I hope that we can resolve my pain and discomfort issues

2 patients on 1 visit..I did not like this as I don'feel i had a personal experience with my questions ans answets.. I have never felt that before. Even though I was with my friend.

Overall experience was great from checking in till the Dr. came to see me.

First visit was great. He listened to my problems and provided a process to find out more and go from there. Staff was very nice as well.

I appreciate any doctor that listens to my concerns & gives me credit for my own knowledge of my health & body. I also appreciated her seeing me asap when I had complications after an injection, to spare me an ER visit. Urgent care would have just sent me back to her. I am not a fan of healthcare in our country right now & have worked in healthcare 22yrs. My expectations are pretty high.

Dr calabash has been my sports medicine doctor for about 7 years. I have seen him for various issues. I always request him and receive the most thorough care I could wish for. I never feel rushed. He explains everything in detail. What else can I say?

Dr Hsin was recommended to me by numerous friends and staff at Impact Sports and I am soooooo thankful I put my trust in him!!!! I am extremely happy and impressed with Dr Hsin, the Superior location office, the surgical center and everyone that has assisted me through my ACL journey. They were always very accommodating in getting me in asap and helping me with paperwork I had to submit for work. There was never a wait to see him and he did an amazing job explaining the process and what to expect. Even when he had to pivot during surgery he took the time to show me photos and explain my new recovery expectations. I am only 2 weeks post surgery but know I have nothing to worry about because of his expertise!

Dr. Thomas Eickmann is a very experienced hand surgeon. He did my right leg knee surgery in December 2024. As I believe in him so I went for my left knee surgery. It was a successful surgery. After my knee surgery, i feel much better. Also his staff was very cooperative and did a good job . Facility was neat and clean.

Dr. Hsin and his staff are excellent, passionate and vey professional. Having done three surgeries on me, I have all the confidence in his knowledge and skills.

Very friendly, very fast. I felt very comfortable with everyone. I was in and out of my appt in less then 1/2 hr.

Went in to see Dr. MacTaggart for arthritic hands. After xrays and thorough counseltation we discussed all the options. Lef with a high degree of confidence my issue will get resolve. Staff is friendly and thorough as well.

My first visit I was greeted professionally and courteously. I was able to do most of my paperwork online but as always there was some more to do the receptionist was very helpful in helping me. I met Doctor Eickmann and we talked and he did an exam and then had some more xrays done right there. He came back into the room and told me what needed to be done and scheduled my procedure right away. Prior to the procedure I had a visit with Bianca she told me what to expect and also my list of things that I could and couldn't do and what would happen if I didn't follow these directions. There was some more paperwork that I needed to have filled out for my employer Kat helped in making sure everything went smoothly and took the time to answer all of my questions. So Doctor Eickmann please don't change a thing you and your team are really awesome. I appreciated the up front work ethic by you and your team. Thank you.

Friendly and quick.

Dr Eickman was very informative on options for care of my injured knee. He laid out a plan for determining how extensive the damage was then gave me clear guidance on next steps.

Very professional, and made me feel very comfortable when I was very nervous. This was my first hip injection.

Dr Hsin was very nice and very honest in his visit with me. He gave me 2 options on how to treat my condition with my Rotator Cuff I decided to try Phy. Therapy first before opting for surgery.

Dr. Hsin is a compassionate caring physician with excellent surgical skills. He's been our doctor for years. He's a great doctor and even better man. If I could give 6 stars 🌟 I would. So grateful to have him as our doctor.
