Very friendly, very fast. I felt very comfortable with everyone. I was in and out of my appt in less then 1/2 hr.

Went in to see Dr. MacTaggart for arthritic hands. After xrays and thorough counseltation we discussed all the options. Lef with a high degree of confidence my issue will get resolve. Staff is friendly and thorough as well.

My first visit I was greeted professionally and courteously. I was able to do most of my paperwork online but as always there was some more to do the receptionist was very helpful in helping me. I met Doctor Eickmann and we talked and he did an exam and then had some more xrays done right there. He came back into the room and told me what needed to be done and scheduled my procedure right away. Prior to the procedure I had a visit with Bianca she told me what to expect and also my list of things that I could and couldn't do and what would happen if I didn't follow these directions. There was some more paperwork that I needed to have filled out for my employer Kat helped in making sure everything went smoothly and took the time to answer all of my questions. So Doctor Eickmann please don't change a thing you and your team are really awesome. I appreciated the up front work ethic by you and your team. Thank you.

Friendly and quick.

Dr Eickman was very informative on options for care of my injured knee. He laid out a plan for determining how extensive the damage was then gave me clear guidance on next steps.

Very professional, and made me feel very comfortable when I was very nervous. This was my first hip injection.

Dr Hsin was very nice and very honest in his visit with me. He gave me 2 options on how to treat my condition with my Rotator Cuff I decided to try Phy. Therapy first before opting for surgery.

Dr Eickman is probably one of the better doctors I've ever had the blessing of seeing and having him treat me he did a hip revision to fix what another doctor did wrong he also sees me for my right knee which needs a knee replacement but he's kept me going with injections to keep me pain free pretty much... but what I want to really say is I wasn't able to walk more than half a block when I went to go see Dr Aikman he was beyond thorough he sent me for a specialized CAT scan x-rays MRI before he even touched me I can't say enough good things about this doctor and his kindness and compassion and also his willingness to listen to his patients and to assure them he has their best interest at heart he has a very kind heart and this doctor is a blessing to anyone who has the opportunity to have him work on them thank you Dr Eickman for all you have done for me that I can walk today because of you

I was in excruciating pain and the Dr and office got me in very quickly for a consultation. Put together a treatment plan that started alleviating the pain within 2 days. Very pleased

I was received shortly after arriving to the office; very little time in the waiting room. Dr. Hsin's MA was very friendly and thorough with questions about my issue. Then Dr Hsin came in shortly and was also very friendly. He explained what would be done in surgery and the likely success rate. I highly recommend Dr Hsin and his staff. It was a very pleasant experience.

OCC overall is OK and can be helpful. Avoid Dr Hsin and go straight to Dr Caballes. I had to pay $100s for Hsin to read a piece of paper that another Radiologist (that I also had to pay) typed up. Then Dr Hsin just pawned me off to Dr Caballes without any answers or help. Fortunately Dr Caballes was helpful, explained my issue, and even provided some rehab exercises.

I had an extremely good experience with the doctor and felt that she was excellent at communicating my options and plan of care. The office staff was efficient. I did have to wait a long time 40+ minutes to be seen by doctor.

Dr. Eickmann is an amazing doctor. I had a double hip replacement 10 years ago due to hip dysplasia. He gave me great advice. The surgery was outpatient and very smooth with a quick recovery. I just went back for my 10 year check-up and everything is going great.
