I had an extremely good experience with the doctor and felt that she was excellent at communicating my options and plan of care. The office staff was efficient. I did have to wait a long time 40+ minutes to be seen by doctor.

Dr. Leland provided excellent, efficient care and was very straightforward during my visit, which only took 10 minutes.However, the practice's administrative systems need significant modernization. The current setup requires patients to navigate multiple separate systems for pre-visit forms, medical history access, and records requests, with some processes still requiring in-person paper form submission. This fragmented approach is time-consuming and frustrating compared to other medical practices that offer streamlined, integrated patient portals.While the medical care is good, investing in a modern, unified digital system would greatly improve the overall patient experience.
Doctor Hsin is wonderful. My mom, my sister and I have all seen him for our sholders.
I had and continue to have a great experience with OCC, specifically Dr. Hsin. After weeks of pain and alt therapies, Dr. Hsin helped me to get an MRI so that I had answers to what was causing my pain. He also helped to advocate with my insurance and to connect me with a surgeon who will offer me treatment options. Had I not gone to OCC, I’m certain I would still be in an endless cycle of unknowns about cause of pain and therefore treatments for pain.

Amazing care and diagnosis from the first visit thru surgery and post op PT and care. Dr Tom did both hips for my wife… and when it was my turn, there was no one else I trusted more. He and his team did not disappoint. I feel great… life changing improvement.
Dr. Eickmann was very personable and thorough and explained everything that I wanted to know. I would definitely go back to him if I need to in the future.
Dr MacTaggert is awesome! She takes time with her patients to make sure we understand the “next steps”! She’s got a great bedside manner and at the same time you know she’s very smart! I’m having carpal tunnel surgery and highly recommend her!

Dr. Eichmann replaced both my knees. Over a year later I’ve had problems with the first knee replacement, but not because of the surgery or replacement; it’s ligament s that are the problem. We are waitng on the CT scan so he can proceed with hopefully fixing the problem.I’ve had nothing but a good report with Dr E, and he in my opinion is knowledgeable, and explains in laymen’s terms his assessments and procedures of what he is doing. I’m very comfortable with him and his MA Heidi.
I had a great experience with Dr Eickmann. He was friendly, so knowledgeable and took the time to answer my many questions. Everyone from the front desk, assistants, X-ray tech and Dr Eickmann deserve 5 stars, which is hard to find! I made my appointment for a knee replacement consult from the recommendations of several friend and was not disappointed! I will be replacing my knee in a few months.
