I had an incredible experience with Dr Wydra. He treated me first at Rose after I had fallen and sustained 7 broken bones. Then again after rehabilitation at Spaulding. He was amazingly confident that I could get almost all my range of motion back in my shoulder without reverse shoulder surgery .He was encouraging and self assured. He gave me a prescription for unlimited amounts of PT . It worked. It is important to partner with your doctors for your recovery.I am so thankful to have had this experience with him as I will be returning to work this week end . He eludes confidence and knowledge.

Dr. Wydra impressed me from our first meeting this week. He had read my med records and looked at the X-rays taken. Dr Wydra and his PA explained the X-ray findings and then he offered treatments. Great ortho surgeons won't suggest or push surgery as the first option in treatment and Dr. Wydra is this type of doctor! I explained that I usually approach my injuries or illnesses from least invasive to most invasive. He agreed with me and listened to my input into a treatment plan. This is perfect for the type of patient I am.His nurses, the PA and front desk workers are very kind and helpful. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and since it was during the frigid weather we had, I called an got an appointment earlier in the day!I recommend Dr. Wydra for patients who want an orthopedic surgeon who LISTENS to his patients and welcomes their input into treating and helping themselves.

Both PA Melissa, and Dr Wydrawere very personable, informative, options given, advice given and straight forward. I saw Dr Wydra for a clavicle issue. Probably the first time seeing doctors since moving to Denver 7 years ago and giving a 5 star rating. Definitely would recommend. This team.

I had a consult with Dr Wydra concerning my rotator cuff injury. He and his staff explained all of my options he decided to take the least aggressive approach, and we would go from there. I appreciate his honesty, and the fact that he would not rush me into surgery. He and his staff were very professional, kind and generally was interested in my well-being. I would definitely recommend Dr Wydra.
