Dr. Keith Jacobson has studied podiatric medicine all over the country, including Chicago, Florida and Texas. After 10 years of private practice in Houston, Dr. Jacobson moved to Colorado to join Advanced Orthopedic & Sports Medicine. As a national expert in foot surgery and reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery, he specializes in foot and ankle trauma and reconstruction in both adults and pediatrics. Dr. Jacobson is currently the overall exam chair for the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and was a past president and Chair for the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery Computer-based Patient Simulation Committee.

Dr Jacobson was very professional and knows what he is doing. I would recommended him highly. I'm 2 weeks post surgery and ankle feels good already. Can't wait for 100% recovery.

OCC and Dr. Jacobsen are great! I needed to be seen ASAP for a broken toe and they fit me in with two hours notice. So thankful I was treated quickly and with care.

New ankle-check! Happy patient/check! Cheerful assistant of Dr Jacobson-check! Ease of securing appointments-check! In all seriousness I am most pleased with my new ankle which I have had for a year! Recovery was as expected, and is continuing as also expected (minor nerves waking up). I would recommend Dr. Jacobson and make sure you write down any questions or concerns before your appointment. He has a very pleasant office manner, intelligently and calmly answering any and all queries.
