Dr Chance Henderson is an extremely talented surgeon and very personable. The man knows what he is doing, no doubt. Doc worked with me until I was happy with the results. His assistant Paige is also extremely knowledgeable in her field and always greets you with a smile. She is a gem. The OT staff is exceptional. Very patient but firm when it counts. Bethany was a breath of fresh air the few times she assisted in my therapy. Melanie, aka Mel, was a wonderful person full of torture. Mel’s knowledge of therapy is undeniably the best I have seen. And I have seen tons of therapy. She listens to what you say, and what you don’t say, then explains where you are right and wrong. And explains how to change and why. Front desk staff, at the South location, were always friendly and professional. I would recommend any and all people I know to see Dr Henderson if they are ever in need of hand work.

I was super-impressed with this practice. They got me in for an appointment quickly, and the staff were tops. I visited the Lake Avenue location. I had done the pre-checkin, so there was minimal paperwork in-office, which I appreciate very much. All staff was warm yet professional. PA Stephanie was just awesome; I felt like I connected with her straightaway. She took plenty of time with me, listened, and answered my questions clearly. She gave me explanations and options. She walked me out, gave me a card, and explained next steps. She is very personable and relatable; warm and caring without making it weird, ha-ha. Highly recommend!

Always a pleasurable experience. Front counter staff friendly and informative. Check in is easy. Short waiting period leading up to being called back. Ms Ashley is always cordial and receptive to dialogue involving my care and treatment. Knowledgeable and very helpful. And always with a friendly smile! KUDOS
