A special shoutout to Myla at the front desk—she is always so wonderful and pleasant! She greets everyone with a smile, is incredibly helpful with scheduling, and makes the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment you walk in.

I HIGHLY recommend Nurse Brianne Wagner. All the doctors in the area have totally failed me. So I definitely have doctor issues. Nurse Wagner is the FIRST medical professional that has actually helped me! I’ve gone to other “doctors” and I swear, “do no harm” isn’t a thing anymore. Years ago I had a really bad accident and now the pain has been increasing. I did have one podiatrist that I like help me with one leg but like every other doctor, when I mention the other leg is hurting, they literally go mute. Poor Nurse Wagner, I’m always on the verge of tears when I see her because I’m just so grateful someone is finally helping me!!!

Dr. Martyak did a great job with both of my thumbs.

I love you guys and I never stop telling you when I’m in the office. You always go above and beyond either in my care or in information I’m trying to find out or questions I might have. You guys are remarkable and I love Ashley!

Great experience

Had a great visit with Dr. Martyak today. From the nice receptionist to the great medical assistant, the whole team made me feel comfortable. I loved that I didn’t have to wait long, yet the doctor still took the time to give me a detailed explanation. Truly amazing care! 10/10

I had a very successful outcome from my rotator cuff surgery and tenodesis. The entire experience with Dr. Weinstein and Ashley Taylor, RN, was highly professional from start to finish. The consultation and all follow-up appointments were timely, thorough, and informative. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I appreciated being provided with a hard copy of the operative report.
On the day of surgery, the attending staff were kind, welcoming, and efficient, which helped put me at ease. At my post-operative appointment, the physical therapist was extremely knowledgeable and clearly well-versed in the established protocols and recovery timelines.
Overall, this was an excellent orthopedic care experience, and I would highly recommend the team at OCC.

I recently had my 6 week post-op appointment with my surgeon’s RN - Ashley Taylor. Ashley was thorough in her inspection and post op assessment of the three (3) surgical areas as well as recovery progress and further prognosis of expectations from my procedures. My overall experience with OCC has been excellent.

She took the time to explain all the potential outcomes of my post surgical injury, reviewed the new MRI, was very frank with its reading and the review of the films. She took the time to assuage my concerns and provided me with an outline of my expected progression during the interim before my March, 11th appt. I could not be happier with the care both pre & post op that I have received from your organization.

Staff were all friendly and the wait time prior to seeing Shannon was short. My visit with Shannon went well. After an assessment of my shoulder functioning, Shannon addressed further treatment, as needed, in the future. She answered any questions I had as well.
