Holly McComas, BSN, RN, MSM, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant practicing in Orthopedics in the Denver Rose/ Cherry Creek clinic. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2022 before getting her Master of Science in Medicine from Trevecca Nazarene University. She has a Sports Medicine background as a PA in Nashville, TN before relocating to Denver in the summer of 2025.
She is a compassionate and dedicated physician assistant with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care to all patients she interacts with, fostering trust and rapport with patients and their families. She works in combination with a variety of physicians in both the clinic and the surgical setting.
She spent the majority of her life in Nashville, TN, but has extensive family history in the Denver area. She is a big sports fan and enjoys cheering on all of the Colorado sports teams! In her time outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking, fitness classes, trying new restaurants, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She is excited to share new experiences here in Denver and looks forward to providing high quality care to each and every patient.
