I had an excellent experience with this orthopedic office from start to finish. The doctor and entire staff did a wonderful job with my surgery, and I truly felt well cared for throughout the entire process.

The customer service here is outstanding — everyone is friendly, professional, and easy to reach. Scheduling appointments was simple and convenient, which made everything so much less stressful.

Their physical therapy services are also top-notch. The PT team is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you recover and get back to feeling your best.

Paxton is a very knowledgeable and skilled physical therapist. Dry needling has made a huge difference in my recovery. Professional, caring, and a genuinely nice person — highly recommend.

This facility and the people in it are excellent, in my opinion. I needed to get in quickly to get stitches out after hand surgery and was able to make an appointment and get in before it was too late or too painful. The therapist who took them out was understanding of my tendency to possibly faint, allowing me to lay down to have them removed and causing very little pain. Very pleased with my care, no complaints at all.

There are two parts of this the surgery and the recovery. The recovery is still ongoing. Both the surgery and the rehabilitation all good and I feel as if I am progressing to a full recovery time frame that better than most

Eric has been my PT for previous surgeries and injuries and he is just so good. He reads my chart and really digs to make sure he is treating the right issue because I have multiple. I feel confident that my shoulder will heal!
