Great Experience after back surgery

Lena is a great PT. She is super observant and focuses really well on the areas that need the most work to heal my broken ankle.

The team is great, they are trying to put Humpty Dumpty back together again. Met the newest member of the team dedicated to returning me to a state of normal. Dr. Mitchell was very welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to the next step

Sarah was highly skilled, very efficient, and wonderfully personable.

Dr. Jeffers and Chris Braun (PA-C) were refreshingly transparent about their knowledge and expertise, which made a real difference when discussing treatment options and the recovery process for my injury. I especially appreciated Chris’s candid feedback—he didn’t just listen to my thoughts, he engaged with them thoughtfully and offered valuable guidance. There’s nothing more reassuring than a team that’s open, honest, and genuinely invested when it comes to the complexities of your health. They will go as deep into the weeds as you want and it never felt like a burden for their time. Furthermore, each technician, nurse, and support staff were great to interact with and assisted to the best of their abilities.

This facility is close to my home; very clean and organized and the staff is outstanding!
The front office and scheduling manager is very kind, knowledgeable, and She makes you feel right at home!

My therapist is so kind and pushes me just enough to do better each time.

I’ve seen two of the therapists (Tate and Denise)- both are great! I’ve had knee and shoulder/neck issues and they’ve successfully helped me. Everyone is nice to work with, highly recommend!

I love my current location as well as my therapist (Tate)& receptionist (Jennifer) They make my otherwise painful therapy not so bad!! My Dr Sears my surgeon is awesome!!!!

I saw Sara at the south broadway location for PT after a knee injury/surgery. She was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful with my recovery. She made recovery more fun and helped me feel strong every visit!

Dr. Jeffery Arthur, & his team hands down has been the best medical experience I've ever had in my life. Complete left hip replacement it's been 1 month after surgery and all is healing perfectly. I've been to other orthopedic surgeons and I can tell he cares, they all care, they all care and want us up, and mobile like we were before. 5***** 100% A+++

I had major knee replacement and Dr Caulfield was my surgeon and he made this an unbelievable positive experience. The office staff and nurses were awesome and made it an easy experience with insurance and setting up everything. Awesome office and Doctor! The therapist for my PT is awesome and so easy to make my appointments, she is a great stimulator to help me with my therapy and to progress in my voyage to my goal! She is a positive reinforcement for me!

They were able to work with my schedule , and Lena is great and personable! I would recommend to friends and family.

My therapist Sara is AMAZING. She has designed an at home program for me to continue upon the in house success we have achieved. Highly recommend her, she listens to your needs then implements a program that she sees best.

I see Denise at OCC. I began as a paraplegic after having a spinal stroke. Denise has been an incredible & intuitive therapist. I have progressed amazingly under her care and guidance. It is a pleasure to share my experience & recommend OCC.
