Came here yesterday for an MRI, with injected contrast. This was BY FAR the best MRI experience I've had. The radiologist was super understanding about my nerves and walked me through the entire procedure as he did it. The MRI techs were amazing and made sure I was comfortable.

The doctors at OCC are top notch. I have been working with them via mutual patients over the last 30 years. I’ve referred my friends, family members and many patients to them and their reciprocity is always appreciated. Great care begets great care.

I visited the Lowry location for an MRI on my knee. I can only speak from my own experience, but everything—from scheduling to check-in to the actual procedure—was smooth and professional. The entire process was simple and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone needing an MRI.

Great facility. Professional and friendly front desk staff. I was taken in right on time. The technician who did the test was great. Was very attentive to my comfort. Asked about the kind of music I’d like to listen to and communicated during the test. One little thing and I’ve noticed this before at other facilities, I’d rather be given the unopened ear plugs to roll the tips and put them in my ears. I was a little grossed out that it was done by the technician. I’m sure not an issue for most people but, better to ask patients if they would like to do it themselves or if they want tech to do it. Other than that tiny suggestion. Great, clean, professional facility

I had an appointment for CT and MRI. Good service and professional staff was very nice and welcoming. Answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

Had an MRI here the other week, and they were great! Something happened with scheduling, (I think we missed calls due to spam detectors - our fault!), and when I showed up to my appointment, I learned that I didn't have one. However, the ladies at the front desk talked to the imaging team, and they got me in, anyway! I am forever grateful. I have now had my surgery and all went great :)

The OCC Imaging staff were fantastic! Let's be real, MRIs can feel a bit scary, I always find myself feeling really anxious before this type of diagnostic. OCC Imaging made the process incredibly smooth and dare I say almost enjoyable. From the front desk to the techs, everyone was incredibly kind and just overall lovely to interact with.

Thought I’d leave a good review, as I was hesitant at first with the previous reviews.
I went late at night, which was awesome that they have super early mornings and later night time slots. I was in, filled my paperwork out, changed, did the MRI, and was out as soon as it was over. Staff was really nice and helpful. No issues so far.
Hopefully billing won’t be an issue, as I paid my copay when I was there.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. My experience was smooth as can be. They had me in the MRI machine within 10 minutes of walking into the office. The staff was very helpful and checked in on me 3 times while I was in the MRI. The machine is loud, but that's just the nature of the process. I was given noise canceling headphones and asked what kind of music I liked before starting the MRI. In and out the door in 30 minutes. Thank you OCC Imaging for your professional service.

When I called the # to check in no one would pick up. Fortunately the gal opened the door. I had a 6:30 am appt or at least I thought I did. It was 7am but they tell you 6:30 am so I sat in an empty lobby for 45 minutes. I do understand now why they have you arrive early- if ppl showed up late it would be very hard to get back on track.

The receptionist was nice and friendly.

I've been here 3 times in the last 2 years. The front desk and the technicians were great at each visit. The technician kept checking with
me to make sure I was comfortable and warm enough. Nina was the technician all 3 times I've been there and she's very personable and professional and took good care of me. Same with the front desk staff. The environment is very clean and well set up. Everything was smooth. Very positive experience.

Made an appointment at the Lowery office for Sat 2-2-19called sat after receiving message that they changed it. Went to new Englewood location. At 11:30 sat until 12;10 then they crammed my 56 in shoulders into a 36 in hole with noise so loud it hurt I was wearing ear plugs
In a lot of pain myself it was more than I could take. They told me to get pain pills and come back. No thanks.
