I worked with Grace, Erika, and Connor for the year I was a patient here post ACL surgery. Words alone can’t express how grateful I am for their knowledge, patience, and compassion throughout this difficult journey. I was an emotional mess my first session (and several other sessions….) and Grace was so kind and didn’t judge me for crying. All of them were very patient as I asked a million questions about how to properly do exercises and what was normal/abnormal in my recovery and never made me feel stupid. They always met me where I was at and included me in treatment planning. I actually elected to use self pay for several months after I was medically cleared because I enjoyed my sessions so much and wanted to continue rebuilding my strength. Tearing my ACL and going through surgery was such a stressful and difficult ordeal for me, so thank you SO MUCH to this amazing team for helping me recover.
