Aurora East 400 – PT

I really can't express how amazing, awesome, compassionate Dr Faulknerand the OCC team are. I had a total knee replacement surgery done early December 2024. From check in at OCC surgical suite, meeting the team , everything went smoothly. The follow up from both Dr Faulkner's office and surgical suite is beyond compare. Dr Faulkner and Cara are both passionate about what they do, and it shows when you meet them the first time or when they sign off on your return to full duty. Highly recommend OCC and especially Dr Faulkner and his team for any orthopedic conditions you have.

Jeffers and the staff at the clinic and surgery center. Everyone was very kind and professional. Dr.Jeffers did an excellent job on my shoulder arthroplasty. My rehabilitation has been without any complications. I've had minimal discomfort for a couple of days. I now have good range of motion. I have begun physical therapy in order to build muscle strength. I'm so glad I had this surgery and that I was referred to Orthopedic Centers of Colorado.

Extremely friendly and kind. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable and eased my anxiety. Amazing group of providers and nurses. Physical therapists are wonderful and kind.

Doctor Kopinski, is amazing as she listens and actually hears what you are saying. Many professionals don’t. When you are lucky to find one it is nice. A few things would be better discussed prior to any procedure, but a great job all around. Laurel is very human also. She is very empathetic to Docs patients. Physical therapy is the bomb!

Very comfortable

My therapist is very attentive to my concerns and doesn't just brush them off. I'm having a setback in my recovery due to unrelated infection. She addressed my concerns and gave me her thoughts. She also called my surgeon and another provider, just to be sure I'm getting the care I need. She challenges me to get stronger, but always within parameters that I can handle. So very appreciative of the therapists in this practice!

Fast, efficient on time what more could ask . Recommend physical therapy first before surgery ,trying it hope works. Thank you

intake person was awesome but i cannot get in to see the same person. She is booked until January.

My therapist Matt is good. He encouraged me to push myself more when I don’t feel like! He did respect and also nice to patient.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Kopinski was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt everything was going to be ok with my hip replacement.

You guys are definitely the best in all categories. Thank you so much so it all. The respect, love and most of all, the therapy from the best therapist. I couldn't be more BLESSED.

So impressed with my therapist, knowledge and solutions for my injuries. She created an excellent plan for me.

I had a badly infected finger from a cat bite. Amputation was a possibility. Dr. Hurley saved my finger.

i have had a very positive experience though out this entire process.
Dr Falkner did a great job on the surgery and all the staff at the Aurora office are pleasant and helpful. Walter , my pt was patient and encouraging with every visit and new exercise. I hope that I never need shoulder replacement again but if I did I would go to Dr Falkner again

My husband, Michael, had hip replacement surgery by Dr. Arthur in August 2024. We were impressed by Dr. Arthur's professionalism and skill. Michael is very satisfied with the outcome of the surgery and the healing process. Our thanks to Dr. Arthur and also the nursing staff. Personally we both like Dr. Arthur and will recommend him to family and friends.

Clinically the front desk and therapy staff are a 10! The issue that takes the score down is one of space. They did rearrange the equipment but with the number of therapists/PTA's and their patients, it gets tight. They are very accommodating of each other such as, stopping to pass a piece of equipment they just used so another patient can be treated and moving to the other side of a table or-having the patient lie with their head at the opposite end of the table so each therapist can work effectively. These are just a few of my observations. Having worked in health care and done several new construction and remodels, I see space that could be utilized - the waiting area closest to the treatment room could be treatment area. The 1/2 wall is easy to remove and replace when necessary. Or, rent them their own office space.
Chis, Genesis and the front office young lady (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name but she always greets me by name) are amazing. I'm so sorry to see such a talented, knowledgeable and therapist who is always sensitive to the client's needs go. Good Physical Therapists are few and far between.

The Orthopedic Center of Colorado Physical Therepy is great as I get one on one therepy. I get the total attention that I need and the staff is very pleasant.
