Aurora East 180 – OT

Much gratitude to the occupational therapy department working with individuals who have had hand surgery!!! I receive services at the Aurora office from Cynthia and Sarah and was extremely pleased with the individualized program they developed for me. I feel like it helped me accomplish my goals and move forward quickly in my healing process. I appreciate that both therapists listened to my input and gauged my progress, using this information to determine my individual growth and needs . I found it's so gratifying that rather than follow a set protocol, the therapist we're able to craft a program specifically created for me. All staff at the center are extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this office and these therapists for anyone who has had hand surgery and require OT!

Therapists are great and very knowledgeable

I'm not really sure what happened but communication from the front desk on Inverness three times was not at its best. When I call to Simply ask information or to get information on another location I was placed on hold. Then someone answered after calling back in and told me I needed to call the Aurora location. When I needed help with something medically I was left on hold. But above all finally got what I needed. I had an excellent outstanding beautiful time with the physical therapist Sarah. And the front desk in the Aurora location outstanding.

Dr. Griggs has taken good care of me. I recently had hand surgery and so far I am very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Dr. Griggs to anyone with hand complaints.

Excellent approachable staff. Knowledgeable Physician, with a great bedside personality. I was so pleased, they ran like clockwork & were organized, which tells me - they value the patients time too.

Friendly staff. Dr Rovac on my initial visit let me know that I could have an injection in my hand but carpal tunnel surgery would do me well. And having the surgery was the best decision, even the next day I had no buzzing in my hand for the first time in a long time, and my hand was pain free. The surgery was quick and painless Seriously, once the procedure started it took about 15 minutes from numbing to suturing. Best part.I was awake the whole time. Thank you Dr. Rovac.

Dr. Novak and his team are great! Just finished my other hand carpal tunnel surgery and it is doing great! Both incisions are barely noticeable and healed well! Team was professional, quick, and upfront with me. Would definitely recommend them for any hand surgery you would need!

The doctor and his staff were very helpful. And gave me what I needed in order to make my life in my hand feel better.

Dr Maslow is excellent and I received a couple braces for my tennis elbow. He provided good information about what I could expect, and how to treat it.

Dr. Maslow was very nice, helpful, honest and genuinely cared about my best interests. Check in was fast and cost and treatment were very transparent.

Check in was really easy. The office staff was very friendly. Thr nurse that took me back and did the x-rays was fantastic. I wish I knew their names, but honestly, everyone was really friendly and attentive. Dr. Griggs was awesome. Sent me home with exercises to do and I'll be back in 6 weeks hopefully to show off the improvement I've made! Definitely recommmend!

I had a procedure performed regarding my left forearm, wrist and thumb as well as an injection by Dr. Maslow, I feel that he performed the surgeries to my upmost satisfaction, his diligence and high attention to detail ensured success with the highest possible outcome. I felt confident with him prior to, during and now post operation. I am confident that I will now be able to achieve a better quality of life with my left extremities and look towards the future to having the issues concerning my right extremities corrected as well. Both he and Dr. Clinkscales have exuded excellence in my opinion, allowing me the opportunity to overcome my issues and assist me in getting better. Dr. Rovak really listens and understands what I am enduring. He connects on a level which is the perfect balance of personal and professional.

I had a reverse shoulder replacement and I received excellent care throughout.

Provided me with the time and caring attention that I needed to deal with my injury. Dr Maslow was very knowledgeable and at the same time open to understanding in discussing my questions.
All the office staff were very friendly and accommodating for scheduling things and locations so it fit into my schedule.
Dr. Maslow explained the surgical procedure and also another Non-surgical option, giving me clear choices and not making me feel Any pressure.

Dr Maslow found something in an x ray that my other doctors did not see all the way back when I first was injured last August. Thanks Dr Maslow for paying attention and helping.

Dr Maslow is great. He explains everything thoroughly and easy to understand. The office staff is friendly and professional.

I arrived before 1 PM so the person near the desk said it would be just a few minutes. A man arrived and he was taken just to the side of the main desk and asked to digitally sign some documents but the light was not on. I thought that was odd but she turned the lights on after that and I was asked to come back. The tech was friendly and took me for an X-ray of my finger. Then Dr. Maslow saw me and said it was not glass but since it is small he would not want to explore it as it might leave a scar. A scar on the pad of my index finger is not a concern for someone 76 years of age. He said people live with shrapnel in their bodies for years. I am aware of that but it is throbbing at night and it is my right hand which I use a lot. I then showed him my arthritic pinky on the left and he said that would require pins and he was dismissive of that as well. I guess if I was a man or younger, he might have wanted to make some money from my care but he certainly did not wish to help me, although said he does surgery in Englewood and I could schedule that but it just did not sound like it was important to him.

Dr. Maslow was very professional and efficient in assisting me with a hand cyst. I would highly recommend OCC and Dr. Maslow.

Going to this center optical at first put the staff make sure you are put in a comfortable situation to make sure you are in good hands.

Dr Jed is great! I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. I was seen quickly, felt that my needs and concerns were addressed, and given multiple possible solutions. Thanks Dr Jed!
