As part of Colorado’s #1 orthopedic practice, our therapists work closely with OCC physicians to deliver seamless, personalized care across every stage of recovery.
No two patients are the same. That’s why OCC Therapy focuses on individualized treatment plans designed around your condition, goals, and lifestyle.
We help patients recover from:
Orthopedic injuries and chronic pain
Post-surgical procedures
Sports-related injuries
Hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions
Mobility and strength limitations
Physical therapy (PT) focuses on restoring movement, strength, and function after injury or surgery. Our PT team helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and safely guide you back to activity.
Occupational therapy (OT) focuses on improving the skills needed for everyday life. From hand therapy to post-surgical recovery, OT helps you regain independence and function.
Sports performance therapy, or sports rehabilitation, focuses on optimizing athletic performance, preventing injuries, and facilitating the safe return to sports activities after injury.
OCC Therapy offers advanced treatment options to support faster, more effective recovery:
Promotes muscle strength and recovery using low-load resistance training.
Helps improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support healing.
Targets muscle trigger points to relieve pain and improve mobility.
A therapeutic technique that uses targeted electrical currents to reduce pain, activate muscles, and enhance the body’s natural healing process.
Provide specialized care and support for athletes returning to sport.
Structured recovery programs designed to optimize surgical outcomes and restore function.
