Dr. Keith Jacobson has studied podiatric medicine all over the country, including Chicago, Florida and Texas. Dr. Jacobson received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University, where he played ice hockey. Following, he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Scholl School of Podiatry in Chicago. He then spent his first year of residency at the West Palm Beach VA Hospital and then moved to Houston for his Surgical Residency. Then, after 10 years of private practice in Houston, Dr. Jacobson moved to Colorado to join Advanced Orthopedic & Sports Medicine.
As a regional expert in foot surgery and reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery, he specializes in foot and ankle trauma and reconstruction in both adults and pediatrics. Additionally, Dr. Jacobson is a current member of the Board of Directors for the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Chair for the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery Computer-based Patient Simulation Committee.
