Denver Tech Center Imaging

I came in for an MRI on a Sunday and it was great! It was so nice that they were open on the weekend; I was able to go right in, get checked in and changed, and was taken right in for the MRI. Everything went very smoothly and the staff was very friendly.

Brittany went out of her way to help, which i really really appreciated!

The imaging place was great working around odd hours and big bodies ("wide board" MRI). I had options of 6:30am through 9pm, which is great!

The staff was great. Pre appt communication do to COVID was outstanding as well as the day of my MRI

They told me they were in network for UMR, but they do not show on the UMR site as being in network. I cancelled my appointment.

Andy followed up with me and assured that they will make sure they are listed on the UMR site. He was very courteous and professional.

OCC was a great experience, even though I was nervous about getting my first MRI. They made every step of the process easy. Scheduling was amazingly fast and easy - I received a call from OCC an hour after I left my doctor who ordered the MRI and they scheduled me for the next morning. They called to remind me to arrive early for paperwork completion, but that process was easy also, so I was seen 10 minutes early. The MRI tech was very friendly and warm putting me at ease explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable. I was in and out in less than an hour and they gave me a CD of my results to take with me when I left. It was a much better experience than I expected.
